These are a particularly lovely Millefiori trade beads, with a bright peacock design. Millefiori trade beads of this type were made in Venice at the end of the 19th century, and then traded to Africa. The colors of these particular beads are a vibrant green, yellow, white, blue and red.
On average each bead measures 25 mm long with a diameter of 10 mm. These trade beads are a beautiful design and in wonderful condition. Sold by the bead.
