These are beautiful fancy green trail-decorated Venetian beads traded to Africa. These beads date from the late 19th century. The base color is green with a red, blue and white horizontal teardrop design. On average these beads measure 27 mm long with a diameter of 8 mm. This color is very rich and the length and rarity of the pattern on these trade beads makes them rare. They are in wonderful condition, although a few have air holes in them that date to their initial construction. We will pick the nicest beads and do our best to match them for you (if you order more than one).
